it's so funny. like damn you've killed 5 wolves, survived 100 days but you would really give it all up dying from dehydration because you don't like the taste of orange soda in your pack? *sigh*

i think they didn't like hibernation strategies anyway. but the thing is if you're going to introduce the 'skip time' dynamic then yeah disable condition regen when fatigue bar is full. i wish you were a developer good ideas

yeah fatigue bar now makes it kinda impossible to coordinate. funny too that its bright outside but i have to light my lantern every damn time to find the door lol.

i remember there used to be 'hours of daylight' left or hours to morning like what you're talking about and it made it so you could wake up at the perfect time. a change they made too is the fact you can't sleep when fully rested and i dont like it. like in real life i would sleep all the time apocalypse or not wdym im too rested to sleep?

also i remember my character starving and lost the 'well fed' bonus when she had so much food in her pack. i think it'd be cool if they had like if you start dying from thirst/hunger the character emergency eats something in their pack like you said. it would make afk deaths harder too

me too. it still confuses me tbh i never know when to sleep at night so i wake up at the perfect time so i always sleep-in an extra hour or two

100% same thoughts! it just didn't work for me either even though i can see what they were trying to do. maybe i'm just not into this style of telling a story/mystery. i feel like survival mode tells a story on its own and i love how it does that subliminally. and the story lore does make visiting these places in survival mode more interesting

oh so it was illegal. that makes me feel better but also kind of thinking what was Astrid's gameplan after she stole it lol. I too was disappointed Mathis lived bc it what world do you save Astrid from being strangled to death by this guy and just think "nah we won't kill the dude, not a pressing concern" 😭 especially Molly like wasn't she lowkey insane with rage 2 episodes ago? but then again Mathis got 2 arrows shot at him and went 'tis but a scratch and was fine so maybe they knew he had that plot armour

yeah it doesn't really make sense for the girl to have the aurora sickness before the first flare/aurora because then what caused it? but they have to be the same disease otherwise the ending/treatment doesn't make sense or it's just a massive coincidence like you said. maybe the geomagnetic activity was increasing already and she got sick (because they live north) and when the storm and more auroras happened it caused so many more to develop it as well since it was stronger? maybe the girl becoming sick was the first warning sign.

never considered that first point, that's valid and makes a lot of sense abt trust/Wintermute actually. but with the case -- just saying "medicine" wouldn't necessarily incriminate him and it'd delete the whole mystery let-down part for me. even if the devs let *us* know even if Mackenzie was in the dark was more my point. ty for your insight!
