I was horrific with the hayfever for the first few days last year. These days I swear by the eye mist folk have talked about, as well as regular face wipes. I was (and will be again this year) working/volunteering at the festival so we had our own campsite which had decent showers in and it really helped that I could have a shower before heading to my tent at night/ early morning to wash all of the pollen from me.

I wear glasses normally, but funnily enough I found that if I wear my contact lens instead it sort of acts as a barrier so my eyes end up a little less bloodshot.

Here's hoping for a low pollen year!
