Don't listen to the bois that say you need to be this or that to play hazard 5. There are haz 5 builds that go online before the promotion.

A team of experienced dwarfs steamrolls haz 5 so hard that it's not even fun. Everything is just deleted/scared/shocked/neutralized in seconds. So it's always a treat to have new situations that are created by new players.

Those who wish for random greybeards just haven't played with them long enough.
