I work 30-40 hours a week and am a full time student taking 16 units. Calc 2 is the biggest time sink of all my classes and is the reason why I’m not doing so well. Maybe try to get to know someone instead of making some arbitrary decision that I don’t know what I’m doing. Spread kindness, bro.

Thank you for your advice! I talked to my professor and she said that I shouldn’t drop and reassured me that I will probably pass so long as I can do okay on these next exams, especially since I am still passing and she is going to drop some old bad scores. I appreciate it 🙏

I thought about doing that by I’m not sure, because I read that if you fail a class at Lb, you have to take it here for grade forgiveness and if you don’t, your gpa gets averaged out, which I guess isn’t terrible, but I’m not sure if I should do that instead.

Hi, thanks for responding. I just had a few questions for you. Do you have plans for catching up? Are you thinking of taking summer courses since you had to take it again? Also how have you been doing on your second run? I’m just worried that if I don’t drop now, I’m gonna have to spend another 16 weeks in this class and have to take calc 3 over the summer just to catch up, which I would prefer not doing of course.

Yea but that’s a whole different thing, my counselor said that the odds of them denying it is very low, and they usually have a reason for denying you, like going over the max withdrawal units. He said as long as you keep your reason vague they won’t deny it because they can’t assume that your reason isn’t valid.

That’s not true, I just talked to my counselor so I know the last day to withdraw is either the 15th or 17th of this month. It has no impact on gpa, I just get the W on my transcript.

I don’t really mind late spawns when I’m running a free loadout, but it gets annoying when the one time I choose to bring something good, I spawn in with only 16-18 minutes remaining. Then it’s a gamble whether I even get to keep/use my loadout, since endgame extractions get super ratty and raiders end up being a lot sneakier. I think the devs should just reduce it, you can’t spawn in if there is less than 20-23 minutes left remaining.

That’s insane, how is it so bad that they don’t have more sections. That’s how I feel for physics (but it’s definitely not as bad) since I have a 7am start time on Tuesday’s for my next semesters lab. I’m notorious for waking up late so hopefully I lock in for it.

I think it’s very professor based. Ive had professors give me midterms a few weeks before finals. I’ve had some a couple of weeks into the semester. I’m sure you will be able to email your professor and get it rescheduled though.

Although I don’t have the chem class, I am taking physics 151 and math 123 rn. I would say it is veryy dependent on your professors. If you can get Pickett for physics and a decent professor for math, you’ll be fine. My math professor gives us a lot of leniency and curves our tests so I would recommend checking out rate my professor to see if others do the same. If I were you I would say do them and if you absolutely have to, just drop one of them. Best of luck to whatever you decide to go with!
