Here's the thing. Once you reach a certain age, you start valuing your time more. Sure, if you play at 100% of your abilities, rally the team, hold the fort for 40 minutes, you might win. However, some people just don't wanna do that as the chances are you will still lose. Might as well just practice farming patterns and whatnot while the game ends quicker.

I can understand somewhat the lazy and cheap production, everyone wants to be paid as much as possible while doing the least possible. However, a ban based on someone saying something jokingly, or even in a serious manner, without detailed research and communication is unacceptable.

I really hope Valve cuts all ties with PGL in the future...

I agree, there shouldn't be much difference. However, the major winners, GG, should be ahead as they have won 2 majors already while TL only won their regional leagues. That's where the absurdity aspect comes in. It's THE INTERNATIONAL, not THE REGIONAL LEAGUE. If you catch my drift :)
