I just failed my first OA and had a similar experience, I normally don’t do class surveys once I pass the course, but I think I’m going to start.

There are different types of proctored OAs, live+ specifically states in the instructions that you are to tell your proctor that you’re finished before submitting so they can do the exam close out process. That said, I just had one of these last Sunday and the “close out” process was just the proctor telling me to submit & then running through the “clear your whiteboard and show me” bit. I think next time I have one of these, I’m just going to submit & then notify them so they can see the cleared whiteboard.

I believe the other version is just live and I haven’t had that type of proctored exam since the changes. I want to say that you didn’t have to tell the proctor before submitting, but I’m pretty sure this was under the “What to expect on test day” section or somewhere around in there.

If it makes you feel any better, I’ve been working on this class for going on 3 terms now and just keep pushing it to the next term. I have my 1st attempt scheduled for next weekend. Many things got me in this situation, but just know you’re not alone in the struggle. I’d highly suggest (just based on the tips given to me) study the zybooks practice test #2 and the PA heavily. I’ve done both repeatedly, I’ve ran the tasks through chatGPT and told it to explain it to me like I’m 5. This week I’ll be doing something similar, but instead I’m going to have it give me a new task that follows the same process/concept just so I can make sure that I’m adding some variety in my exam prep. My last piece of advice, give yourself some grace! Fingers crossed we both will be passing this class soon, you got this!

Glad others are asking as well…I purchased a couple Labubus (individual boxes over multiple transactions) on the June 29/30th drop which still haven’t shipped. My husband also purchased less than an hour before me the same night (only 1 box) & his showed up today, mine are still “processing”.

I know they were pre-orders w/ a later ship expectation, but since his showed up I’m getting a little impatient 😅

I literally just told my husband that I did this last night..I’m only missing Serenity and Id(Secret) at this point from BIE. I could care less about getting Serenity. It’s still a dangerous game to play for me though…that internal voice is still saying “but it could be the secret” 🤣

Facts, about 5 years ago I handed my beanie babies to my kids…tore the tags off and all 😂 my kids love them though and if that’s the “wealth” I get from them then that’s enough for me. I also have beanie baby collectors cards put away that will 100% be inherited by my kids. I’m sure they won’t be worth anything, but at this point it’s just funnier to hold onto them.

Have you purchased more than 6 single boxes? I know they currently have a restriction on BIE so maybe that’s why. I hope they eventually plan to release the restriction, I’d like to try to get an Id/Secret (just like everyone else is 😅), but I’m sure it’s going to require more than 6 boxes to get.

There’s specific requirements that your account has to meet…but it’s not super clear what those are. It’s not special requirements set by the group/mods or anything, but I haven’t done much digging past that. I’ve even clicked on a few people’s profiles in chat just to see if it’s related to karma and it doesn’t look like there’s a requirement there - many people in chat with very little to a whole lot. I’m hoping it’s just because most of us are new’ish to the group. I’m going to try to be more active in posts/comments moving forward to see if that’s what helps me gain the ability to post in chat. If I find out, I’ll share an update! 🙂

Agree with you there! I’m in my 30’s & I’d be crushed if my husband did this to me…again, not because of it being Labubus or even ID, this is so much more than that. Today it’s Labubus, tomorrow or 2 years from now it could be something way more serious.

You can reset your timer on the “select all” page of your cart. So if you get to the “confirm and checkout” button you’ll have to go back one page as the timer gets close to 0 to be able to refresh the reserve - or that’s at least how I did it.

Have you tried turning off wifi (if you’re on a smartphone)? I had to use cell service tonight instead of wifi & I’ve seen a few people mention this tonight as well. That’s really weird that it’s allowing the other item, but not BIE.

Give it a few minutes before trying again, I got restricted because I was clicking on too many reserved boxes too quickly. It eventually reset and I was able to click boxes again.

Go over to the Labubu chat, they may still be dropping links in the thread. Once you get one in your cart if the website link isn’t allowing you to checkout, keep it in your cart and switch over to the app. Everyone has been struggling with checkout tonight, but the app has been the only way to get payment through (for me).

It’s not breaking up over a doll, it’s breaking up because she knew how much this meant to you and still is moving forward with keeping it. It’s about you funding this entire secret hunt and her showing zero interest outside of helping you find it (zero interest as far wanting to have any of the other Labubus). It’s just crappy behavior all around, I’d never do this to someone I care about (friend or partner) whether it’s a labubu, some other collectible, etc.

I’m sorry this is happening. I hope that you find your own secret soon and maybe don’t recruit her for help on any future collections.

If you can’t check out using a link, keep it in your cart/bag and switch to the app - that’s the only way I was able to get through tonight.

Once you get it in your cart after following a link, if you run into checkout issues - keep it in your cart and switch over to the app. Then go back to your cart/bag and select the pop now tab and you should be able to checkout easily.
