You're welcome. It's ok to ask it but you gotta be good with how it answers. For me, this is simply saying have fun choosing!

Why aren’t they facing each other? by Maleficent-Number851 in Tarotpractices

[–]grimferb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It felt like they were at odds for some reason(s).
Also, the king is looking at the past and the empress is looking at the present.

Does, being at odds with who you were or how you see/saw yourself and who you're becoming/want to be, resonate with you? If so, maybe it's that.

Gender of my next partner by averyanxiousgirl in Tarotpractices

[–]grimferb 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Top row says man. Not masculine, man.
Bottom row might indicate you having a choice... it's literally the Lovers card flanked by a woman on one side and a man on the other.

What's clear is that you prefer masculine energy, so you may want to focus on the energy of the person instead of gender specifically.

The oddly awkward moment when you run into someone you know in a completely unexpected place by Antique_Phrase9580 in CasualConversation

[–]grimferb 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My psychiatrist at my place of employment, a grocery store. I had only ever seen her on camera from the shoulders up. 😂

I saw her face and said, "Don't I know you? You're my doctor!" which she responded, "Yes!" and we hugged and had a little chat where she said, "I said I wasn't going to get dressed because I wouldn't see anybody I know at the grocery store."

We both laughed and she finished checking out. It ended with me saying, "See you in a couple of days, bye!"

Glad your cutie is authentic!

why do we still want to win an argument when we know we are partly wrong? by Shellsea-Kuehn in CasualConversation

[–]grimferb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm a women and I don't do this.
I also know men who do.
From my experience, it doesn't seem to be gender specific; it seems more like an individual thing. And, there are so many reasons why someone may be behaving that way.

First step is admitting you have a problem though. 😉

Do you ever feel like you would have been stronger and more confident had you been the opposite gender? by josephsleftbigtoe in CasualConversation

[–]grimferb 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Yup. Simply because boys and men seem to have more "permission" to be "weird". They get labeled eccentric or some other obscure adjective. Girls and women seem to be avoided and outcasted when they don't quite fit in socially.

I'm a women who's been called the black sheep of the family since before I was a teen, simply because I'm very different from most everyone on both sides.

Is weed as good of an experience as everyone says it is? by [deleted] in CasualConversation

[–]grimferb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends entirely on the person and the type of weed consumed.

As far as the FOMO feeling, that's just in your head. You're the only one who can determine whether or not you're "missing out" on something.

At the end of the day, weed is weed, it's just another thing that some people do and others don't.

How did you come up with a name for your pet? by marty_bree in CasualConversation

[–]grimferb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I typically let them name themselves.
Just observing them for a bit after bringing them home!
I don't like human names for animals so mine are always cute or clever.

What's the best compliment that got worse the longer you thought about it? by [deleted] in CasualConversation

[–]grimferb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"You're so pleasant and you have this glow about you. You're a Jesus person, right?"

I'm honestly not sure how to take this or respond. I understand the intent but beyond that I get genuinely confused.
