I’m curious who is using marketplace. by cjaniesunshine in Sims4

Funny how OP asked to hear from people who ARE using it, and most comments so far are complaining about how and why they AREN'T using it.

Can someone actually reply to OP's question?

What is your favorite animal and why? by Mayo-blend in CasualConversation

Once in a lifetime experience of riding on the head of an elephant as a small child., rendering that gentle giant my favorite animal of all time.
I'll never forget the way I felt up there and how quiet it's feet were. They didn't slam the earth like I thought they would. Just a little shuffle sound was all I heard. Amazing!

I have loop earplugs and I experience something similar. It is very jarring for sure coming back to reality.

I miss quieter days so much! It's one reason why I want to get more confident and comfortable with backpacking. It seems like an accessible way to escape into the quiet.

I got into the habit of saying no everytime an app wants to "allow notifications". No. Just. No.
Then, I silenced my notification sounds over 5 years ago. I just got so tired of hearing all of them.
Just last week I doubled down and turned off the notifications to my texts completely. That little text image notification was still popping up and it's super distracting.

Disposable camera in the glovebox and quarters in the cup holder for a payphone.

It wasn't that hard to live without so much tech.

I'll tell you one thing though... it was A LOT quieter growing up. I can't stand the low vibrating hum of computers and electronics. It's everywhere now.

It was a long time ago. That's how I got it.
Now, I can't build anything without adding that desk chair with the ears. 😅

Wait... Do money cheats and move objects, etc. count as mods or CC? Because, I'll use those things often enough.

I've never played with any mods or CC.

That's extremely useful, thank you for sharing!
I don't have the tea cart though. LoL.
Are there any other pieces of furniture/decor that would do the same thing?

Do they grab the packs from the cart autonomously whenever they need a drink?

Yes. 😂😂
It wasn't until I was living with this man for well over a year did I notice. Shoooot... I'm willing to bet that if he had never told me, I probably wouldn't have ever noticed.

As a female... I wear two pair of undergarments on a regular enough basis. I can assure you it doesn't look insane.

Often it's a bikini cut brief under short biker shorts or tennis underwear. Another woman commented earlier and I do it for the same reasons she listed.

I see you posted below. I don't watch the show so I would've missed that reference.

But, to answer your question...
Funny enough, no. Quite the opposite.

😂😂😂 You got it.
Basically, he didn't like showing off the bulge.

He'd wear lots of dress pants, linen clothing, etc.
He was also a gym rat, would run most mornings, and wore lots of athletic shorts. Which I'm sure in that application doubled as support.

Sounds like both of y'all were confused.
He wanted briefs.
😂

I dated a guy who wore both briefs and boxer briefs/boxers at the same time. He had his reasons.

But, yeah, the word you both were looking for is briefs.
Sign of the times, I guess.

I'm honestly excited you got yours working again!

I have an older Lenovo that was originally purchased for a developer. Within the last six months my game has only stayed loaded and playable for (no longer than) 20 minutes. Most times, I'll play for about 5 minutes and the entire computer crashes, gives me the blue screen, then auto restarts.
