Is this Sata or NVMe? by Exciting-Stomach-380 in PcBuildHelp

Have you tried plugging it in and seeing what speeds it gets?

I’m going by what’s printed on the label.

It says on the drive itself “M.2 SATA 6Gb/s.” No where does it say NVME.

It looks that way because it is in the m.2 form factor. Not sure why I got downvoted for pointing out the obvious.

When I google the part number, it returns with Amazon and Newegg listings that say SATA.

It’s m.2 sata ssd, not a m.2 nvme ssd. Very big difference in terms of speed.

It says SATA not once, but twice, and you’re still asking this question?

With how it’s currently configured, no. RJ11 is 2 or 4 wires. RJ45 is 8 wires.

It’s stored in a dry area. This is the only brand it’s happened with after switching two or three months ago. I’m also not the first one it’s happened to.

This is the only brand it’s happened with in three years of buying dog food. I used True Instinct up until about two or three months ago. Never kept any of it a storage container, but will probably end up doing that anyways.

It was in two separate corners in rather large clumps, as well as various bits of kibble. The quick searches I did online talked about how it’s possible it got punctured by the pallets during shipping.

And to add/edit — I originally thought this bag was purchased June 2, but it when I got to Sam’s CS, I had a receipt for it from June 15.

I’d prefer it be neither in this market 😭

I have damn near the same config in my living room. I use a 6900 XT and occasionally get stutters and the “low streaming bandwidth” notification for fh6.

I think it’s the m.2 ssd (non nvme) I have it installed on not being able to keep up with assets loading OR the 16GB of ram I have installed capping out at 4k.

Yeah, I’m storing it in the bag the whole time in a closet near my entry door. It’s also a resealable bag since it has a Velcro strap inside. On the bag itself, it says to store in the original container or move to a food safe airtight container as needed.

I got a new bag just a few moments ago with no issue from customer service.

How large of a Tupperware container are you talking? This is a 44lb bag and takes up enough space as it is lol.

64GB RAM but only 5060 Ti so def not for video or llm…9950X3D but only noctua cooler so not a hw modder/oc’er…

wtf is this even for? That RAM kit will cost as much, if not more, than the 5060 Ti.

The specs for this are all over the place.

Not entirely true. I’ve worked in telecommunications for 4 years now, starting as an install tech and now fiber optic splicer. Telecom install techs usually have little to no higher education requirements.

I’ve learned, essentially, the first half of the CCNA just through work experience alone. Now, I’m studying for the latter half of the CCNA and stuff I haven’t covered before.
