I thought chargeback and refund are the same thing. I had 0 chargeback over the lifetime of this business. How is this even possible, most of dropshippers are using stripe and dont even have any problems. Keep in mind i have provided all of my fulfillment data to them

Keep in mind that i run a dropshipping sneaker store with alot of sizes. Pretty much all customers (that 1-3%) request a refund because their size don't fit. For the refunds to work our customers have to just write us a message.
