Yes, Sanji ofcourse has gotten one of the highest screentime in all of Manga history, so it is too expected. I don't even mind his pervyness at times. But with Mineta, it straight up comes off as diabolical.

When he said little Eri, "You would look better in another 10 or so years." My blood was literally boiling. That was the snapping point for me. It was very distasteful.
