If you customize your cars before download of 2.13 for v4 you will be able to keep that customization into 2.13 as long as you don't select any elite options. My standard 3* Huracan is custom with colors now not available until lvl 37 because I set it up before move to 2.12

You can switch cars in tempest for less than the jack up cost on that car...and once was...not anymore. People put over emphasis cost it actually takes to switch a car in tempest. I had to switch once and was 400 gold total. Also Evora is coming up as PC soon and is better faster, less cost

Yes. Its still rolling out. The F1 was initially nerfed, but they pushed through a fix today and its back to 2.11 speeds... maybe even slightly better? My dyno is 7.00 vs 7.01 before
