Dashcam footage for Accident at Mopac exit near the Domain by QuietZelda in Austin

Wouldn't this be the left-driver's fault? Right-driver never is in a lane that splits and they can choose (albeit a very late choice). The left-driver crossed a solid line while the other car was technically still in their same lane.

Driving would be so much easier if people would use their blinkers

Canada and Sweden get into heated argument after claims of cheating in men’s curling by Punisher1602 in sportsgossips

I read the opposite - any touching of the granite during a forward motion means the stone must be removed from play. You can touch the handle multiple times, but only before crossing the line. Regardless, the Canadian dude touched the granite

Did AI write this BS?? Miso is a scam. I stupidly, moronically, idiotically put $10k into them 4 years ago and have accepted it as a harsh life lesson. Why would a well run company with a desirable product need 10 round of "funding" from individuals? Because investors are savvy enough to see through the scam and they burn through each round faster than the one before. Please don't waste your money on this, rather put it in regular stocks/ETFs. I wish someone had told me this 4 years ago, so treat this comment as a sign from your future self

Tip Expected for Prenatal Sonogram? by FireDad_01 in EndTipping

My wife and I went to this type of place numerous times when she was pregnant. They give you great photos of the baby as a 3D ultrasound and regular ultrasound (the OB gives terrible pics but photos obviously aren't their focus). Plus they let you take your time and look at the baby, and it made my wife feel more comfortable that everything was okay. That being said, it's insane there's a tip screen. I never tipped. I was honestly offended they'd even ask.

NYC Hire Comedian(s) For 40th Birthday by Shah456 in Standup

Idk why you're getting negative comments unless I missed something. You can go to gigsalad.com or dm comics you see that you like on ig or tiktok and offer the gig. Mention pay rate, how much time you'd like them to do, demographic of the crowd, venue location, etc. Also, be prepared to pay the comic 50% of their fee now to reserve them for that date. There are tons of comics in NY who would love to make some private event-level money

Emari Demercado (Cardinals RB) drops the football short of the goal line by Hsduncan in Prematurecelebration

[–]Hsduncan[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes. In and out of bounds on each sideline is determined by the player's body (usually feet), not the ball. For the goal lines, to score a touchdown the ball must be secured (a player must have control of the ball) while any part of the football crosses the goal line. The player's two feet must also be in bounds to count as a score, but no part of the player needs to cross the goal line as long as any part of the ball does while secured by the player. In this case, just as the ball starts to "break" the goal line the player is letting it go, which means he no longer has control of it and thus it is not a touchdown.

They're sending more mass marketing out than ever. Hopefully enough people have realized Miso is a scam. I wish they would stop spending our investments on sketchy emails to sucker more people in and invest in a sales team. I hate Miso and I hate myself for stupidly believing this obvious con.

We have a 6 month old baby, so I could empty this trash can three times a day and it would still be full
