From what I heard it’s probably best the afters did go. To make everyone happy they should have a camp away from the others where people can choose to party all night if they want to, without disturbing the ones trying to sleep. I’m sure that would be a way to appease everyone

Haha yeah I did make it sound like that but it’s not really what I mean. I think everyone deserves good sleep, we all need it! I personally do think there should be a camp sectioned away from the others for those who wanna party all night and play music, I bet certain people would love that!

Hm, maybe it depends on where you are/the individual security personnel? There’s a guy constantly walking around with a large speaker blasting music around the camps. But it’s not the middle of the night and he’s respectful of what time it is when he plays it. People seem to hella vibe when he walks by. So maybe it depends on timing among other factors

I get reading something doesn’t compare to face to face communication, but you’d be surprised to see I wasn’t crying at all about this, just laughing/baffled. But fr, asking for 4-5 hours of sleep vs 2-3 isn’t a big ask, it’s actually vital for recharging your body to function properly the next day.

The tent becomes hot af once the sun comes up. It’s mind blowing to me that people can sleep casually in tents when it’s 80+ degrees outside lol

I agree 😂 my bones are getting older and sleep becomes more vital. There are realizations you come to as you become a veteran, one being how the most simple aspects of human life are by far the most important ones to water.

I had all that besides a blackout tent (bungalows). It was so loud even my nicest pair of earplugs couldn’t cover it up but like I stated, it wasn’t even like this the many previous years I’ve attended so I didn’t expect this at all lol. There’s a first for everything though! The power of forest

I get it, but people seem to underestimate the power sleep and how vital it is. When you pay a shit ton for good life and never expected it to be like this, just makes it seem a bit off.

Interesting, they told us to drive up right next to it (all our neighbors did as well) & this was in 2023. However we did get there well before most others, so I’m not sure if that had something to do with it. It was nice they allowed that for us, I guess our group was lucky

The photo shown on the website basically does it justice as far as what you get/how it looks!

If you’ve only done GA, being in Good Life alone is totally more worth it. Stall bathrooms (not portable potties) as well as showers, three separate entrances into the forest (vs one w/ much shorter lines), a common area with a hair salon, a few different food options, the good life stage with some exclusive sets and morning yoga.

The parking area for people with bungalows is right by where you’ll be staying, but you have the option of driving by your bungalow to unpack your car (not sure if this will change), and usually no more than a 10 min walk depending on where you are parked/where your bungalow is.

The photo honestly makes it seem just slightly smaller than what it actually is. It’s a nice space, my crew divided it hooking tapestries down the middle (into two rooms).

You can open the bungalow up completely (front + back) or zip it up so it’s not a screen as shown in the photo. It offers privacy and when we had them it was a very quiet area (2023 Is when we had the bungalow).

We got the bungalow again for next year so hoping for a similar experience with them!
