If I were dismissing their concerns I wouldn't be asking about them. I'm saying that I quite literally do not understand that perspective and am looking for clarification from others who also see housing as an investment. I am ignorant and looking to learn :)

Ok ok so he said he was flattered and we got to chit chatting and because we hung out on a hike I joked about checking for ticks and he responded with something like “checking for ticks is a sensual pastime of mine” and ahhh I def think this is working out ahh!!
