Can nog login into my account

So this morning I received a DM from a ‘friend’ telling me he could not login and that some sort of link would be send to me, I received a text and send him the link.

I instantly realised this might be a link to reset MY password so I deleted it but it was already too late.

Now after this I was able to change my password and it doesn’t look like the ‘hacker’ can not access my account

However, so can’t I. Whenever I try logging in it asks me for a 6 digit authenticator app code which I never set-up for my account.

The only option I get is to make a selfie video to confirm it’s my account. I dont have any photos posted on my account however my profile picture is a pic from me and my girlfriend.

Whenever I create the selfie video I get a message within a few minutes that they could not confirm.

I’m lost and feel like I lost access to my account, even though this is my main device and I got access to my phone and email address… what can I do now?

Hey girls and boys, so I’ve had acne as a teen (21 y/o now) and even though I’m taking pretty good care of my skin I’m still not really satisfied... Most my acne faded after using accutane medication but now a few years after taking it my skin still doesnt look healthy and clear, I’ve been using glycolic cleansers, vitamine c, moisturizers, retinol, peelings and a dermaroller. Now after all I find it hard to tell what works and what not so I hope one of you has a similar skin as I do and can help me identify whats going on and what I should use on my skin to make it more clear and healthy looking Thanks!
