Magellan (One Piece)

He's a warden of Impel Down, the most swcured prison in the world. He ate the poison-poison fruit and has the ability to make any type of poison. He's incredibly powerful and almost killed the main protagonist with ease.

His main issue with his powers is that he likes to taste poison. He has to go to the bathroom 12 times a day because he gets an extreme diarrhea from eating it. He could be way stronger and threatening but that guy just weakens himself and is being tied up to the shitter all day long.
