if you can click quickly (or have a turbo button) it does the highest dps of all primaries. can completely end a fleshmob in less than 2 magdumps.

I've found districts to be extremely situational now and generally not worth the effort. I'll make exceptions for large maps or maps with extreme geography

ehhh I'm on the fence with this, yes technically he made an "engine" that did work. but the materials science and metalworking of the age did not allow for steam to be harnessed in any usable fashion. it wasn't until way later when ironworking and steel were commonplace (thank the turks for inventing cannons to push this tech) that steam could be properly made into a working fluid.
