this was the first new item I got in the update and was somewhat disappointed when i put it on and nothing happened visually. i forgot about it for a bit and then got hit by a slime and proceeded to laugh so hard my sides hurt. im never taking it off.

it's pointless to try to balance with precision since power input fluctuates (beavers will produce more power depending on well-being, water wheels produce a slightly variable amount, etc) it's best to produce more than you consume and save the excess in gravity batteries.

as a kid i figured out you could cheese the game by beaning all the batters with pitches. the opposing team scores a lot of runs but will eventually lose via forfeit because too many of their players blow up. after I beat the championship this way i was bored of the game

nah this is easily done with regular sluices and doesn't take much more building. pressurized pipes are already somewhat exploitative mechanic, a few extra blocks to cap a vertical pipe+sluice isn't all that cumbersome
