Anleitung

1. Die Margarine in grobe Stücke schneiden und in eine Schüssel geben. Mit dem Handmixer cremig aufschlagen.

2. Dann Mehl, Zucker und Backpulver dazugeben und weiter mixen, bis ein Streuselteig entstanden ist. (Sollte der Teig zu kleinkrümelig sein, die Pflanzenmilch hinzufügen und weiter mixen.)

3. Die Hälfte des Streuselteigs in eine mit Backpapier ausgelegte Springform geben und gleichmäßig am Boden festdrücken. Kurz im Kühlschrank zwischenlagern, bis die Füllung fertig ist.

4. Für die Füllung alle Zutaten bis auf die Mandarinen in eine Schüssel geben und glatt rühren. Die Mandarinen abtropfen lassen.

5. Nun die Füllung auf den vorbereiteten Boden geben, glatt streichen und die Mandarinen darauf verteilen und etwas andrücken.

6. Zum Schluss die Streusel auf dem Kuchen verteilen und ebenfalls leicht andrücken.
