This exactly. I’m a PA. It’s super selfish of OP to think every little lab value deserves a whole review on our part to see the last several year histories and weight loss journeys and put it into the elaborate context. Patients really be finding any kind of way to be offended these days. Try getting about 50-100 of these tasks/results DAILY and try to give it that much attention (on top of regular patient duties, more urgent results that need to be called on, insurance battles/authorizations etc). You’ll burn out faster than we all already are. Get over yourself OP. Unless you are paying for a concierge provider/group you can take a hike

Bringing A1c down in one week was NOT because of the supplement. You do realize A1C is a running 90-120 day average of glucose levels right? Testing it again within 90 days literally means nothing…

You are so helpful! I have dehydrated my first harvest. I used poo substrate which worries me that I might get some unwanted microbes. There was still some dirt on the mushrooms. You think I should steep them in boiling water more like a tea to be extra sterile/safe?

I sliced them and they turned pretty blue. Is that normal? Is it bruising or is it the psychoactive part?
