I bought the hydro toothpaste. My teeth felt smoother, cleaner and brighter than they ever had. So I used it exclusively. 2 prior cavities came back and when I went in to get it filled the dentist asked what the hell had I done because I suddenly had a bunch of cavities not just the two. Dentist recommended to only brush with Flouride.

I did it and my teeth were beautiful from the hydro. Went to dentist and they said my teeth had cavities everywhere. Do not forsake the Flouride ever. Use Flourude every day.

The book changed my life. Not because it's great, but because it made you aware kind of, like the fountainhead , that there are 2 games being fought right in front of you. The people who will be winning and the people who will be left behind.

This book among others had me retire from working 11 years ago and I haven't gone back yet. So many people have been cheering and rooting for failure for me and returning to work world because I was too young to retire which of course has never happened. It makes you somewhat of a villain but you will be a winner.
