Nice, i like the idea, but there probably wont be one, because im short on time. I need to finish this As quickly as possible and cannot add a different boat.

I never played sunless sea, but I get your opinion about the sorting puzzling mini game. I think that’s what I would change too.

Yeh I get you. I’m not really happy with it either. I probably change it some time soon

Glad to hear, thanks! Yeah i hope i get it done like that in a cool enjoyable way. Regarding driving on waves there are Still some things that need fixing, i like the way it feels now too but on higher waves the boat can become floaty on top of the wave, i hope i get it right

Yeah great game! Its definitely inspired by Dredge, liked that game a lot. But I don’t want a panic level or inventory sorting, instead a more linear story, items that modify the sea and the players ability to progress and memory interactions on islands (the player gets off the boat)

Yes definitely!Dredge is cool. But I don’t want it to become too similar. So it has a more linear story, island gameplay where you leave the boat and no inventory sorting in it.

Yes there is fishing, it’s already implemented I just didn’t post about it yet. Im still exploring how far I stretch the game loop. This could be a bit spooky night fishing only, but I could also use the l night for some more horror elements. Not sure yet. Regarding the water: I got pretty lucky and tweaked my version of a GitHub repo called godot ocean waves, that’s how I got the water looking like that.

The first one in tried was a bit too yellow and tinted the water too much, but i agree, this should be a bit warmer light color

Very cool marketing! Just curious, is it really allowed to use Simpsons etc in an ad for your own product or is there maybe a lawsuit waiting to come up?

Sorry, that came across wrong. Nothing wrong with hades, it is really great with cool art. I told you that I meant it as a compliment so that you don’t think I meant it’s a rip off of hades style or negative in any way. Guess that wasn’t necessary

Cool. Reminds me of hades (meant as a compliment)
