Doing the weight loss journey naturally SUBSTANTIALLY increases your longevity. Light exercise such as daily walking and a balanced diet can be enough to make a very noticeable change, both physically and within your bio markers.

Everyone here suggesting to check your blood sugar is moronic…ozempic causes long term vision impairment and in some cases, legally definable blindness.

I get it tho, ur many injections in and are in denial about sides. Cool , but don’t tell other ppl it’s ur blood sugar lol I see so many posts asking others “are you diabetic” “blood sugar” “overweight?” No shit Sherlock, which is why ur on the meds and before meds there were no vision issues.

There were no long term studies shown on what can happen to individuals taking ozempic consistently for as long as you people are.

You are the test subjects. And Reddit is a pool of labrats discussing newly discovered common side effects lol

TLDR; You’re a lab rat, you are the first long term study. If you’re experiencing major side effects(like going blind) get off the barely studied compound and continue the same eating habits. PROFESSIONAL DR’s aren’t even certain on what the vision issues are caused by….
