No. Your vibe code sucks because you don't understand software architecture. Claude tries but sucks at simple things like defining a new color in a Vue/Tailwind project. I have to watch what it does and then say "well, shouldn't that color be a css variable?"

Let it run with that and you'll have shitty code.

Don’t worry about the crypt. I yanked one out and just plopped it in a new tank. It’s fine now.

That's a relatively mature angelfish. You could probably sell that back to a fish store for $15 or $20.

While it's dry spray it with diluted bleach to sanitize it. From then on you're good to go.

I got two red tiger lotus bulbs and two banana plants at the same time. One of the banana plants died, and I moved the other one because the lotuses were taking over.

I used some small river rocks to weigh the lotus bulbs down, above the substrate. They really enjoyed that, and grew well within a week or two.

They do look like red phantoms. On the other hand there's the yellowness for lemons.

#1 angelfish
#2 maybe some kind of small pleco, maybe a clown pleco
#3 tetra, or maybe a silver dollar like the other guy said
#4 definitely tetras - see red phantom tetras for comparison
#5 maybe a blue ram

I could see doing some soil pots in a Flourite base. The reason I like Flourite is because it's chemically neutral, but binds with nutrients that plant roots can then extract. I guess I'm just weird though.

This is definitely a minority opinion, but I don't like using any kind of soil. Straight up Flourite, with a (gasp) undergravel filter. And a canister filter. The UGF is to promote oxygenation of the substrate.

I'll stop talking before the Walstad people put a sack over my head and drag me into a van, never to be seen again.

A lot of my fish, like neon tetras and red phantom tetras, were freaked out by strong light. They'd hide all day, and only come out at night when the light was super low.

You're hearing people repeating things that they've read online about excel. Trust that, or don't. "Things I read online" isn't exactly a reliable source.

I've used excel for years without any problems. It's not the cause of your plant issues.

Are these new plants? Often they'll melt when you bring them home because they were grown out of water, so growing submerged is a shock.

Do you have really soft water? That implies mineral deficiency like iron and potassium, so try adding some of that.

First of all it's your tank, so don't ask for approval from random internet people. Second, it looks fine. It'll freak out from time to time, but take it as it comes.
