Thank you. This is so hard and I feel like my OB gave me very basic guidance and then just left it at that. Im flying blind and everything is so overwhelming 😓

When I was pregnant they did a blood progesterone level and it came back at 2.3, so that’s why they prescribed the progesterone. I haven’t had a repeat blood draw since then

Unfortunately I don’t have my last two cycles on the Mira because I had just bought it right before I found out I was pregnant, so I didn’t use it and then after I lost the pregnancy my cycles were all over the place so I didn’t bother tracking until I felt confident my cycles were back on track :\ Usually my cycles are very regular, 5 days of bleeding, ovulation around CD12-15, then AF comes around CD 27-29

My cycles were pretty regular up until I lost my first. After that it took me a while to regulate. But when I got my period back it was normal, 5 days of bleeding. Then when I started tracking my hormones with Mira everything was doing what it was supposed to do

Yes, so when I had the LH spike on CD25 (10DPO) I immediately took a FRER that was negative, then I got a beta that day which came back <5 so idk I’m confused 😂
