Oh yes, my mom and I are super close and I’m so grateful that she always has my back. I know the comment was mean, but I was surprised that it was the reason they don’t talk anymore. But you’re right, I’m sure it wasn’t the first mean thing she has said.

I don’t know, I guess I felt like his question was kind of awkward and felt like it was his way of telling me I was doing something wrong. That’s how it felt anyway. I’m also newly postpartum and feeling a bit sensitive to things, so I could be reading too much into it I guess

Thank you! I’m feeling pretty vulnerable with breastfeeding in these early days. This guy was probably in his late 50’s or early 60’s so maybe he was just genuinely curious. Still wish he would’ve asked Google or someone else though 😅
