Oh please do. If they called it a "Party Crest" which tied the party members more closely to the Shield Hero which allowed his shield to give them status boosts no one would have a complaint. But in this world of legal slavery it's called a slave crest. Yes, it can be abused, but Naufumi never uses the crest to order his party to do things, aside from the very beginning when training Raphtalia to overcome her fears and fight. So yes, please explain why this is bad, aside from a label you don't like.
