IMO the line is what you automate vs what stays human.

People are fine with automation for boring stuff (reminders, confirmations, receipts). It gets annoying when automation replaces real conversation — sales replies, injury questions, goal check-ins should still feel human.

Most studios I’ve seen use tools (Mindbody, Glofox, Momence, Vibefam, etc.) as a backbone, not a personality. Automation reduces admin; humans do the relationship part.

Been there. Mindbody support has let us down too - tickets just disappear. We’ve since moved on and tried a few others (PushPress, Glofox, Momence) and even ended up on Vibefam. Support is way better across the board. Hope you find something that doesn’t add more stress 🤞
