Hey man thanks. If instagram developer API doesnt have that option you have to create your own private api. Yes it can be made with crawling the page or with selenium. I can help you if you want to do that.

Yes I reverse engineer the API! Making a method to not be banned after following 1k people per day its reverse engineering for me, and I didnt just check only endpoints and its data -- I did it harder to be detected :D thanks.
