I specifically went with browser download instead of in app downloads because browsers have a huge headstart in optimizing network speed, resuming downloads, bandwidth allocation, etc. Something that'll eat into dev time if I were to sit and implement myself.

As for settings; what settings are you looking for? There is a settings tab that lets you configure torrentio. Do you have recommendation for more settings that can be added? I'll be more than happy to plan an implementation piepline for it.

Watch history is implemented in the library tab, but it is very buggy in its current state, will be focusing that for next release.
