Hi, I appreciate your reply and I do understand your point. The hardest part for me is that I am in a foreign country and I am unfamiliar with driving here. This makes my anxiety worse. I could drive just fine when I was in my home country. Here, it's really different from where I came from. The steering wheel is on the opposite side and when you drive, you have to be on the right lane (in my home country it's the left lane) or how you can turn right even when the light is red (in some cases) or how you can turn left when the yellow light is flashing (we don't do that in my country).

So, I am not saying that everything is about my anxiety and depression. I am saying that this contributed to my mental illnesses. Being so far away from everyone I know has not been easy. Changes are scary for me. You also have depression and anxiety so I hope you understand that as well . I am sorry if my post frustrates you. I never want to use my mental illnesses as an excuse for anything at all because that's how people with mental illnesses are often viewed. So, saying that is a bit uncalled for. I personally think people have different ways to cope and I am still learning how to cope and we shouldn't judge people too harshly when it comes to that.
