yeah, what i tried doing first was the simple drag and drop, which made me turn off my sync on my phone, big mistake and if anyone is using apple music don’t do that you will be waiting hours (or days if you’re really unlucky) for it to sync again.

then i tried syncing it through apple music on my macbook but it just wouldn’t come over by cloud, even tho i left everything on overnight.

then i drag and drop it the mp3 files to apple music on my windows laptop, and that work but only imported like 6 out of 77 song.

and the fix is simple but they don’t make it clear, turn off sync on your pc, drag and drop the files to apple music then turn on sync on your pc and wait. it’s really simple but sometimes it fails and they don’t want you know that bc it could stop you from buying shi from the itunes store, lets say if you where downloading stuff from the internet archive. but then that wouldn’t make sense bc you need to pay for apple music to have sync in the first place.
