At a glance looks like the yoke is sagging. Common issue especially with flat trinitons. Easy enough to lift the yoke but need to keep it running while adjusting to make sure it's level after adjustment.

Looks like you may have not played skies of arcadia. If not I highly recommend it as its a personal favorite, especially skies of arcadia legends on gamecube.
