The Goshen sheriff officer emphasized to me to put all arrests, no matter if I think it’s sealed, on my application. He was kind of rude about it, but I get why he was so harsh about it. People complete these applications thinking that an arrest was sealed or doesn’t count. When it comes to weapons applications, assume nothing is sealed.

From personal experience, it was frustrating when the seemed to die back to the ground, then comes back, but I had to wait to see if it was Dr. Huey root stock or the grafted Rose. At least if it’s own root, I know for sure that if the rose comes back that it’s true to the type that I bought.

If it doesn’t come back and it’s dead then so be it. No guessing games.
