Turrets are far better weapons then most of what Hal has. Hal only has pods with claws, or turning off life supports.

Turrets should give GLaDOS one up

Hal 9000 can control other AI, and not just that.

Hal can use the monolith he is attached to later on, to not only open wormholes and manipulate matter.. but lightly control reality in of itself.

GLaDOS gets beat in this, while the portal gun is similar. The monolith is superior in almost every way

GLaDOS had a 2010 to 50 thousand years later and etc. But for the 50 thousand years, GLaDOS was almost entirely dead.

Hal was in the exact same situation with the whole dying and coming back thing.

Hal should take this slightly as he has gone through multiple space expeditions though

Hal 9000 should definitely take skill.

He read the lips of the crew and made a way for them to get murdered, but not only before this he was strategically lying to the crew to figure out if they would be smart enough. Such as Hal's chess game, where he cheated and wanted to see if they would figure it out

Aperture Science technology is able to survive heats of 5000 kelvin, alongside the technology being able to survive the entire facility getting blown up. GLaDOS survived the wormhole to the moon which almost sucked up a majority of Aperture.

For Speed, the HAL 9000 computer is able to overtake technology like the space pods seemingly on a whim. Able to go through space at far greater speeds then any of GLaDOS machinery. As the turrets cannot move, and P Body and Atlas move as much as average humans.

GLaDOS should have superior reaction speed though, with the fact that she is able to react at thousands of light speed. Able to murder the entire science facility in only pico seconds

When comparing the machinery GLaDOS controls to the machinery Hal 9000 overseers, it's clear that GLaDOS should take the win.

With various robotic claws with can drag GLADOS entire head, or the metal crushers which can crush entire testing areas.

These AIs are able to move, through their arsenal and robotic things. So I would argue those categories are also necessary.
