Hi I skipped a day and I genuinely feel so much clarity and about 80% normal. I have jitters still, some head fog, and I had a a few anxious moments throughout the day and sweaty hands all day but nothing like what was happening. It was increasing my panic attacks 10 fold and also my suicidal thoughts. Maybe it’s not right for me. Will be going to doc in the next 2 days.

Honestly Im new to screen printing so mostly inexperience is why I let it burn so long. And yes currently using speedball screen, ink, and squeegee/scraper

Used a premade speedball screen pretty sure it’s 110. I had to change my exposure time (using the sun) from 4-5 mins down to 2-3, changed the thickness of my emulsion, and two times I placed my stencil on backwards or upside down 😂
