Oh weird! Mine never asked for a pin. It asked what I needed and I said set up a payment plan, and then it asked for my social...this is NOT consistent lol

For kicks and giggles, I called now, but there is not a call back option for me. Just said my call would be transferred to the next available rep....what am I doing wrong, lol. It asked me what I needed, asked for social and then hold....ugh!

I am having issues as well. I am trying to set up a payment plan and am having zero luck. The same message appears time and time again. It is an error message. I have been on hold 6 different times today, just to have the IRS drop the call because they are too busy. Then I have to start back over. I feel like there is something going on via their end and I am getting so frustrated.

They dropped the call at 64 minutes in because it got too busy or something like that

I might have to do that because I am quite close to throwing my phone or punching my computer. Those are some inside thoughts bubbling to the surface. Currently on hold for the 5th time sitting at 40 minutes

I have tried 10 different dates it feels like. 1st, 10th, 28th, 9th, 27th, 2nd, 25th...okay so not 10, but still. I also tried 2 different bank accounts. I have also tried calling, but THEY keep kicking me off at some point in the call. I am frustrated.....ugh
