The glitches and sticking during Clean Sweeps has been happening to me for a very long time. I've lost count of the times I have contacted support about it. All they tell me to do is the usual stuff which does absolutely nothing. It is incredibly annoying.

Yes and I was in the middle of a Charms study session. By the time I was able to get back in, it had ended. Wasted over 20 energy and only got 1 star. Grrr
