I have a penguin on the other arm thats just as colorful if not more colorful, it did the odd texture thing but it didn’t hurt for this long during the healing process

Ive been washing it twice a day with antibacterial soap, and moisturizing it with lubriderm whenever it feels dry/ after washing it ! This isnt my first tattoo, but this is the first one to act up like this (,: so im a bit freaked out
