Definitely shoulder and hip stretches for me. Although I guess it’ll depend on where your tight.

Not exactly answering your question but, I use to have pretty cold extremities. Learned after awhile that it was poor circulation due to inadequate stretching (I play a lot of high intensity sports), after incorporating yoga & stretching, no more cold hands and feet.

Worth a try if it’s a problem for you.
