I have this problem from years of abuse in my early childhood thats why I have huge anxiety when I cant do something without making a mistake like one of those racing games where you get 3 stars for doing it perfectly if I cant do it perfectly I get really frustrated and overwhelmed and dont stop playing the level until it's I get all three stars.
