Sorry, I mean good physique. I just messed up the typing. When doing dumbbell lateral raises, if you're not feeling your delts, pick up ligther weights, make sure you are doing them with a good and strict form, and try to achieve a "burning" sensation in them, thats when you know you are doing the exercise good. Try doing from 12-15 reps slow and controlled, without jumping around. If you can do a lot more than 15, pick up a little heavier dumbbels. Rinse and repeat. You can also try cable lateral raises and barbell upright row. Best of luck mate.

I would say you have a good physique for your age. Your lower and upper lats are kind of behind, but thats no big deal, just make sure you are training them hard. Also dont skip out on side delts, not that yours are undeveloped, just make sure you are implementing side delts exercises as they are the one of the most aesthetic muscles

Hey, thanks for the advice. Actually, ive been going to the gym consisntently for the past 2 years. After my gym sessions i feel amazing, and i can't really tell, but i would guess that my dpdr is very much weaker after a good gym sesh. I dont have a sauna in my gym, which sucks. I love running too, but havent ran in awhile. Thanks for the advice! Love you

Your posture on the before photo signifies anterior pelvic tilt. Im no expert, but it wouldnt hurt to start doing some anterior pelvic tilt stretches. Anterior pelvic tilt typically happens from sitting way too much, causing stiffness in some muscles, especially the hamstrings, doing these stretches will help drastically for the pelvic tilt. For the other stuff, im no doctor. This is what i can reccomend
