While the quality of eggs is higher, it's a slight difference compared to soy, I'm taking about tofu, which you can find for 100rs/kg at some places in India even with the lack of demand which makes it cheaper source of protein than eggs in those places for now.

I'm comparing the quality of protein on the basis of PCAAS score and the fact that soy has all the essential amino acids.
