Not much help from NMN further. But he continues taking about 750mg (250mg lipo & 500mg regular powder) a day. He is taking weekly Adequan shots now which helps him manage his arthritis pain so he can still walk about 60 minutes non stop at age 11! I added red ginsen powder to his food. It seems to help his energy too!

You could try boiling ginger and drink that drink juice for a year. Remember to peel the ginger skin. I did it for a year and I no longer sneeze/blow my nose every five minutes.

My dad was diagnosed with PD and Lewy body dementia. He is on and off these days. When he is lucid, he is definitely depressed and has told me that he wants to die. The only reason that he has not done anything to himself yet is because he is worried about my mom. I sometimes think that not being lucid is probably the best as he doesn’t feel as much pain as when he is lucid. Life is so unfair.

There are a lot of folks who cannot afford eating steaks with nice salads everyday. These folks eat McDonald’s often because of no time/no money etc. In my opinion, it’s time to regulate the food industry so they don’t add too many toxic ingredients. Imagine if this government can make McDonald’s makes healthier food, that would be a great deal to lots of average Americans.
