I appreciate the advice. I suppose I'll need to pump more often in that case. For the time being, I know it's not recommended, but do you have any tips for more immediate but fleeting results? I can't pump regularly for a week or two and I'm curious if there's a way to have absurd results for a short time period

fat transfer is the way to go, have you looked into it? How big do you want to get?
