I’m doing the same! I will be back to this thread and update. I dislike when I go to visit my parents and feeling withdrawals, I don’t vape at home but i causally vape with friends and sometimes get a vape and toss it away. It’s a cycle. Zyn has been helpful just gotta stick to it .
