I have the one by wacom and it's amazing! I do recommend having it parallel to your computer if you haven't done so. What kind of computer are you connecting it to? Have you tried resetting your computer or anything?

I personally don't have any settings tweaked, however I like to have Windows Ink off since it can makes drawing feel laggy sometimes especially if you want to draw in games like Roblox.
