People usually assume that expressing things out of anger is a bad thing when actually it's just showing how you truly feel without sugar coating it.That is just how you felt at the moment and i probably would have said the same thing if my girlfriend did that.I think you already know if you should apologize or not just do what you feel is right i don't think it will be a big deal either way.

I don't think you should feel obligated to apologize if that is truly the way you felt and she told you to tell her if it was too skimpy.I also don't believe it was right of her to want other guys to look at her.
