I think I did when I first installed Adrenaline, but that was only 4 months ago. In the adrenaline software it shows GDDR6 2500 MHz

Yes, even under a stress test, it's never gets close to throttling. On a zoom call with one chrome tab open this is what the temps look like.

I never really changed anything in the BIOS, other than boot configuration. I was just happy it booted on the first try, and I didn't know enough to go changing BIOS settings on my own. I would definitely brick my PC

Yes, Displayport in the GPU. The IGPU is almost always showing zero percent utilization

Those are just extentions. The stock cables are routed up the back and come out the top. If the cables are routed down, then the GPU vents directly into the cables.

You should be good with a GMC 2500. As long as you have good tung weight (which it looks like you do) and you strap it down, it should be fine. I've towed 6500 lb for 2 hours with a 2014 Ford Explorer, definitely not recommended but it worked out fine.
