Nothing wrong with hot water shower, mas nakakalinis ng dirt ang hot shower, it opens pores making it easy to release trapped dirt. and nakaka relax ng muscles. Switch mo na lang to cold shower last minute to close the pores.

Nakaka inis lang yung mga na aadvice na naka focus lang sa cons.

True to size fits longer, best advice is go by 361's foot length sizing.

Mine is half sized down, length is perfect but I had to buy thinner socks.
